English for Speakers of Other Languages

The English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program serves immigrants. Our services seek to enhance students’ listening, speaking, reading, writing, and math skills. Integrated in CAMBA’s ESOL services are computer-assisted lessons in civics and U.S. History.

CAMBA’s English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes are held from 9 am to 12 noon, 1 pm to 4 pm (all Monday through Friday), and 5:30 to 8:30 pm (Monday through Thursday).

Eligibility: NYC residents/workers (primarily Flatbush and East Flatbush). Participants must be 16 or older and are not currently enrolled or planning to enroll in secondary school.
