Case Management

As part of CAMBA’s network of holistic services, students work with a case manager to who help them set career goals and identify the steps needed to achieve them. In addition, case managers can help students solve pressing socio-economic problems that are obstacles to their success. They may include obstacles related to food, housing, clothing, childcare, immigration, and/or employment.

CAMBA Education Center Case Managers help students get the information they need to secure the type of job and career in which they may be interested. Our staff members collaborate with other city professionals to help students create their resume, compose cover letters, and prepare for job interviews.

The Education Center staff also has strong partnerships with NYC colleges and training providers. The staff assists students in applying for programs that are of interest to them and for which they are deemed eligible.
