Alexandra Hernandez is unemployed. She's looking for a job. Every day she reads the classified ads in the newspaper. She called one place that advertised a position for a receptionist. The person who answered the phone told her to come in for an interview. Alexandra is excited because tomorrow she has an interview. She's also nervous. She wonders if she will have enough skills to get the job. Alexandra can read, write, type, use a computer, and she's good at math. These are good skills that will help her get a job. Alexandra is nervous because she thinks she isn't good at speaking English. She's taking English classes in the morning because she wants to improve her English. Alexandra knows that it's important to be prepared before a job interview. This morning she washed and ironed her nice clothes. She knows the address of the place where she will have the interview, and she knows how to get there on the subway. Tomorrow she will wake up early, take a shower, eat breakfast, put her resume in a folder and get dressed in her nice clothes. She hopes she will be confident at the interview instead of nervous.
