There are three major credit reporting agencies in the United States. You can contact them by mail, telephone or online to get a copy of your report. The three main credit reporting companies in the United States. The reports may look different but each will contain the following information:

- Your Credit Score
- Public Record Information
- Credit Account Information-a record of your credit cards and loans
- Credit Inquiries-a record of companies that have asked for your credit report
